What polystyrene products do you make?
EPS boxes from 3 kg to 40 kg, open boxes for fruit and vegetables, EPS blocks and sheets, fresh EPS beads, packing chips, and CNC cutting of custom polystyrene shapes.
Is EPS the same as thermocol or Styrofoam?
Yes. Expanded polystyrene (EPS) is the white, lightweight foam that many people call thermocol or Styrofoam. It is made of about 98% air, is CFC and HCFC free, and is 100% recyclable.
What sizes and densities do your EPS blocks and sheets come in?
Standard blocks have a 122 × 100 cm cross-section and lengths from 2.0 m to 6.0 m, in densities from 8 kg/m³ to 50 kg/m³. Sheets are cut from these blocks to the thickness and size you need.
Do you supply fire retardant polystyrene?
Yes. EPS blocks are produced in fire retardant and non-fire retardant types, and our fresh EPS beads are fire retardant.
Can you cut polystyrene to a custom shape?
Yes. Our CNC cutting service produces accurate, repeatable custom shapes from EPS blocks, for construction, packaging inserts, signage, props and themed elements.
